United Way Coloring Contest!
This past month the United Way of Armstrong County held a coloring contest for children ages 0-12 residing in Armstrong County. On November 20th 2012, the United Way board selected the three winners. The three children who won are also in a United Way of Armstrong County funded program, Community Action Mentoring Program.
